Sales Engineer (Consumer/Opening)

MeridianLink a leading fintech company is in need of an experienced Sales Engineer.  Our Consumer Origination division is growing and looking to add motivated professionals to assist in our sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting both on site and remote demonstrations of our Consumer origination platform for both Lending and Deposit accounts. In addition, they will assist the sale representative in evaluating the needs of the prospect and designing strategies that will demonstrate how the platform can meet and exceed the needs of the client. We are looking for an individual that has experience in sales engineering and the consumer loan industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES


•Learn the technical details concerning our platform and identify what problems it solves for our clients•Assist the sales representative in discovery sessions with the prospect to create value positions to be reinforced in the demonstration. •Complete RFI and RFP proposals in a professional and timely manor•When available, travel onsite to present the solution and to answer technical questions that may arise•Understand additional complimentary modules so they can be incorporated in the demonstrations

QUALIFICATIONS


•Previous sales engineering experience•Excellent communication and presentations skills•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field required•Previous SaaS experience within the consumer lending or Account Opening space •Familiarity with the Banking or Credit Union Industry is a Plus Super strong passion for learning, and teaching others what you know MeridianLink Enables entrepreneurs and consumers to achieve the American dream by creating technological solutions that fuel the engine for financial growth.

Salary range of $100K base and $30K commission.

The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
