Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team remotely. The Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Infor SyteLine solutions together with the Lake Company produces to manufacturers in the Midwest, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new manufacturing clients in the Midwest region.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to propose customized Infor SyteLine solutions that address their business challenges and objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams to deliver successful SyteLine projects and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to position our solutions effectively and drive competitive advantage.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, updates, and forecasts for management review and decision-making.

  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, preferably in the ERP or manufacturing industry.
  • Experience selling Infor SyteLine or similar ERP solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the Midwest region as needed.
