Job Description:As a ServiceNow Integration Engineer at Logik.io, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our ServiceNow integration.
You will work closely with our development, operations, and customer success teams to design, implement, and optimize seamless integrations between ServiceNow and our platform. We're looking for a passionate engineer who thrives in a
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom integrations between ServiceNow and the Logik.io platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Continuously optimize integration processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, incorporating them into our integration strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience working with ServiceNow Platform, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations regarding App development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
