The Business Development Representative role will be responsible for driving lead generation activities within our existing broker and other channel partners.
Through a deep understanding of each partnership organization, the purpose of this role is to administer outreach cadences to the database of brokers/partners and employers. This outreach will also include specific promotions, special pricing, and partner webinar promotions.Ultimately, this role will facilitate broker meetings with Springbuk Account Executives. In addition to outreach, this position will be responsible for updating account and contact information within our CRM, working with marketing to update collateral material as needed, and collaborating with AEs to facilitate discovery calls and schedule demos.

Here’s what you will do
- Manage and update Salesforce data pertaining to target accounts
- Scrubbing contact information and ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
- Update accounts with information pertaining to sales processes
- Manages outbound activity to partner offices promoting special pricing, deals, and webinars
- Create targeted outreach and cadences aligned with company updates/developments to generate leads/opportunities
- Qualifying inbound leads and setting up discovery calls/demo meetings for AE’s
Requirements
A successful candidate will have
- Well-organized and data-oriented
- Ability to maintain relationships
- Strong verbal and written skills
Not required but a plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt and learn how to use new tools and technologies, including but not limited to:
- Salesforce
- Gong
- 6sense
- Zoominfo
- Experience with managing new and existing partnerships
- Familiar with the responsibilities of brokers/consultants
Here is how you will get ramped up for success: (30/60/90 day training plan)
- Training on relevant technologies and talk tracks
- Exposure to existing partner relationships to understand main points of contact
- Using Lessonly to understand key components of the Springbuk market
- Role-playing with the team to sharpen objections
- 1:1 time with manager to continue learning
