Summary:
The Child Mind Institute is seeking a Training Program Manager to manage the implementation of the CAMHI training program throughout Greece. This includes training programs for educators, mental health professionals, healthcare professionals, active judges, students at the National School of the Judiciary, and NGO and social services personnel, as well as any additional training efforts added to the program through the duration of the pilot phase ending in December 2027. You will be dedicated to delivering the training programs in the five hub cities and any additional regions the program may add and developing national recruitment strategies, ensuring a balanced roll-out of all training protocols, overseeing logistics of the train-the-trainer program, working with the team overseeing monitoring and evaluation, and implementation of curriculum revisions, both synchronous and asynchronous.
This is an individual contributor role requiring travel within Greece once per quarter.Reporting to the Director of Program Implementation, this is an exempt, full-time, hybrid (minimum of 3 days in office per week) position located in Athens, Greece. Established through a generous grant from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), the CAMHI aims to enhance the capacity of mental health care providers, increase access to quality care, and ultimately improve the mental health outcomes for young people across the country. Ratified through Greek law no.
5015/2023, the CAMHI’s various programmatic components are implemented under the public-private partnership in place between SNF and the Greek state through SNF’s Global Health Initiative, with support from the Hellenic Ministry of Health. The program will conclude at the end of 2027. Responsibilities:
- Manage and deploy, in partnership with mental health professionals (MHPs) and the Scientific Steering Committee (SSC).
- In collaboration with MHPs, manage training content according to type and scope of each training project.
- Ensure training projects are carried-out according to the terms and conditions agreed between CAMHI, SNF, Ministerial, municipality, and provincial bodies, and other implementing partners.
- Support the scale-up of training programs to new constituencies throughout Greece, in partnership with program leadership
- Work with the Administrative Coordinator to jointly identify and address all logistical needs for efficient organization of training in all regions, including venues, catering, and training equipment.
- Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): Ensure consistency and timeliness of data collection and submission and coordinate directly with the Child Mind Institute team overseeing M&E.
- Documentation, Assessment, and Reporting: Work with the Director of Program Implementation to document and draft regular reports on the implementation process, operational updates, progress metrics, challenges, and successes; work with the Child Mind Institute M&E team to prepare quarterly and annual technical reports; and document and evaluate ongoing training needs and coordinate the process of addressing these needs.
- Data and Technology: Work with the Child Mind Institute team overseeing M&E to integrate enhancements to the data collection methodology and work with Administrative Coordinator on troubleshooting issues in the Thinkific training platform and with the use of the Mindlogger app by trainers and trainees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years of operations, project management, or demonstrably related experience
- Proficient knowledge of national and local government institutions and infrastructure, and the ability to work directly with a broad range of partners
- Understanding of the mental health and child protection landscape in Greece
- Competency in using Information Technology, including Microsoft programs and other online program tracking/coordination tools
- Experience supporting multiple projects
- Fluency in spoken and written Greek and English is required
- Right to work in Greece is required
