You will collaborate across a Growth Marketing team, ensuring owned and paid channels are optimized to drive metrics. You will track performance metrics and analyze results to recommend improvements and enhance campaign effectiveness. This role combines strategic planning, data-driven insights, and hands-on execution to maximize digital marketing performance.Key responsibilities
- Digital Advertising Management: Conduct keyword and target audience research to set up, monitor and optimize ad campaigns on search engines and social platforms.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track key metrics such as budgets, bidding, and ad performance.
- Optimization and Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting strategies. Analyze and recommend optimizations for landing pages and campaign elements.
- SEO Support: Collaborate with content team to recommend, manage and optimize website content for search engines.
- Social Media Management: Support planning and execution of marketing communications through social channels to enhance engagement. Monitor and manage audience interactions on social channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- At least a working knowledge in digital marketing communications channels and SEO, and in associated analytics tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Webflow and/or some limited web-development is a plus, but not required.
