Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead iNRCORE’s Sales Operations function, which includes:
- Owning all sales-related reporting and KPIs, providing these to the Director of Sales to empower strategic decisions and communication of trends and actions to the CEO.
- Partnering with the President, Director of Sales, and Accounting Manager for the iNRCORE and Gowanda Electronics business units to deeply understand sales and KPI priorities to ensure the data outputs enable users in their daily workflows.
- Driving and sustaining processes within the sales and customer service teams, leveraging CRM and the ERP systems for the iNRCORE and Gowanda business units.
- Managing the evaluation and interpretation of data; identifying trends that signal new or continuing opportunities as well as risks or challenges to achieving KPI goals; utilizing data trends to recommend actionable processes and tactics.
- Facilitating meetings with or between regional sales, customer service, and operations as needed to alignments across these functional areas of the business.
- Participating in sales planning, budgeting, and achievement measurement initiatives.
- Participating in annual Sales Incentive Plan design, quota assignment and monitoring performance to the plan by region and individual.
- Participating in territory design and account assignment for sales and customer service teams.
- Owning distributor and rep metrics for the iNRCORE and Gowanda business units, to include monthly calculation and analysis of distributor stock values and captured sales (POS), and quarterly calculation of rep commissions.
- Administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM across several environments, which includes:
- Managing user roles, profiles groups and data-sharing rules.
- Customizing the system to enable users in their daily workflows by building reports, views, dashboards, workflows and other relevant customizations.
- Developing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting around New Business pipelines, results and achievements; Design Wins and forward-looking forecasts from the same, with focus on end market segmentation, source and competitive positioning, geographic and customer details.
- Developing and maintaining training materials for new and existing CRM users; hosting CRM workshops to facilitate continuous learning for end users.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities to drive and sustain CRM adoption by contributors and end users; ensure data population is complete and sustainable.
- Maintaining CRM data hygiene & reliability; enabling CRM users to address their data hygiene issues through reporting, dashboard, workflows, etc.
- Staying current on Dynamics CRM updates and changes through continual learning courses.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of professional experience in a financial, data analytics, business ops or related position.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Dynamics CRM administrator
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience in an SAP ERP environment a plus

- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously work on several high priority projects at once; ability to carry out instructions delivered in written or verbal form.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven capacity for completing work within established timeframes and schedules.
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and preferably Power BI).
- Strong verbal & written communication skills, as well as advanced interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently but be part of a collaborative team that can extend to various work groups across the organization.
- Commitment to proactive engagement across functions, especially if working in a Hybrid or Remote role
- Sales Operations:
- Advanced ability to design data reporting infrastructure to support the sales and customer service teams, as well as functional leaders to drive actionable insights.
- Advanced ability to learn & understand the processes of each function within the business and identify ways to increase efficiency of data reporting, absorption and use.
- Advanced ability to work with inside and outside sales teams to shift from reactive to proactive, leveraging business and CRM data to identify leading indicators.
- Advanced reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills
- CRM Administration:
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software, including how to properly administer and customize it as needed.
- Advanced database management skills.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Power Apps (including Power Automate)
