Working as a part of the Growth Marketing Team, you will contribute to content marketing through long-form and short-form content across various media formats.Key responsibilities
- Creative Production: Tailor content across platforms, ensuring visual and narrative consistency while adapting style to fit each medium (social, digital, print, video, etc.).
- Audience Engagement: Ensure that content resonates with our target audience, drawing on insights about audience preferences and platform best practices.
- Continuous Program Improvement: Collaborate with the media team to gain insights on content performance, and use data to maintain and improve content performance across platforms.
- Storytelling & Ideation: Develop content marketing material that successfully gets across brand messaging goals. Contribute original ideas in creative discussions and translate them into visually and emotionally engaging content.
- Collaboration across the organization: Get input and feedback on communications material by collaborating across teams in the company. Partner closely with the Content Marketing Lead to refine and execute creative concepts.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in creative roles.
- Strong long-form and short-form writing skills for various formats.
- Strong interpersonal communication and language skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing media.
- Creative thinking with the ability to collaborate across teams and roles.
- Ability to work independently and an eye for detail.
- An undergrad (or higher) degree in marketing is a plus.
