The role will see you working with multiple teams to produce visually engaging material. You will be leading production for multimedia projects that best suit the requirements of client-facing as well as employer-branding initiatives.Core Responsibilities:
- Production of branded material: Work across teams and with vendors to ideate and produce high-quality collaterals for digital and print media including social media, website, partner platforms and event branding.
- Production of engaging content: Work with the content team to produce multimedia creatives for marketing communications projects.
- Ensure brand consistency: Work with marketing, partnerships and product teams to ensure material aligns with the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Asset management: Build on existing brand style guides to maintain an updated library of brand assets to ensure accessibility and consistency across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in producing multimedia visual communications-related projects including graphic designing for social media, web design and print media.
- Some experience with video editing is preferred but not required.
- An ability to understand, creatively build on and deliver on creative briefs across multiple ongoing projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Excellent eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
