As a Prompt Engineer, you will play a crucial role in:
- Designing, testing, and refining prompts to optimize the performance of AI models in generating accurate, contextually relevant, and high-quality responses.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to align AI outputs with business goals and user needs.
- Continuously analyzing and iterating on prompt designs based on performance metrics and user feedback to enhance outcomes.
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and AI technologies, applying these insights to improve our systems.
- Developing clear and comprehensive documentation for prompt designs, use cases, and methodologies to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
- Upholding and enhancing our engineering standards and practices, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in AI development.
- Supporting your colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team environment.
- Annotating data in the fields of Cybersecurity, GRC, and privacy to enhance machine learning models and improve prompt engineering processes.
- Gathering, organizing, and integrating data to build and maintain a comprehensive data repository. This includes ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to support effective AI model training and prompt optimization.
About You (Skills/Requirements)
- Top academic qualifications with a strong understanding of fundamentals of natural language processing (NLP), linguistics, or computer science. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience designing, testing, and optimizing AI-generated content or conversational AI systems.
- Exceptional English reading, writing, and comprehension skills with a keen eye for detail and context.
- Strong technical writing abilities to craft precise and context-aware prompts and document processes.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus but not required.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team setting.
