In this entry-level role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions, working alongside experienced consultants. As the Oracle HCM Functional Associate, you will:

  • Analyze and understand the client’s business objectives and challenges to determine functional requirements.
  • Integrates functional and technical requirements with the other functional and technical teams.
  • Supports the Lead in configuring the system and testing the solution with the users.
  • Communicate effectively to translate the client’s business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Develop training documents specific to the client’s business processes.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, any STEM field, or a related field
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and provide quality work products on schedule
  • Ability to travel as needed

Desired Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of experience working in the field of Human Resources. Experience in the public sector is highly desired.
  • Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred
  • Experience documenting business processes
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, either as a user or as an implementer
  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities
