is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. We are looking for an full-time Senior Art Director. The Senior Art Director is the day-to-day design lead on multiple brands. They collaborate with a Copy partner to create compelling, on-strategy work across all channels that meets the client’s needs and strategic goals. They can execute and manage a high volume of work while maintaining quality and accuracy. The Sr Art Director collaborates closely with more senior designers/creative directors to push both conceptual and executional work to its highest potential.
The Sr Art Director is always working to take their designs to the next level, studying and refining their layouts, compositions, use of color, and type until achieving executional excellence.The Sr Art Director should be able to communicate easily and effectively with both agency and client teams and be comfortable presenting and advocating for their work. Must be a self-motivated partner who can offer proactive solutions that deliver on the client’s strategic goals and work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
- Originates creative ideas, adheres to creative briefs, and collaborates closely with both internal teammates and clients
- Develops compelling designs and layouts and applies consistent style across brand materials with a meticulous eye for detail
- Collaborates with UX/UI designers, Studio, Art Buying, and Project Management to ensure accurate job specs and execution
- Ensures smooth internal workflows and unfailingly meets project deadlines
- Acts as a client liaisonbypresenting various stages of work to the client and effectively responding to client requests or inquiries in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of art direction experience in a creative agency; experience at a specialized healthcare/pharmaceutical agency is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Visual Design, Communication Design, Creative Advertising, or related field
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates both design skill and conceptual creativity
- Understanding of and ability to work with scientific concepts and data
- Expert skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Bonus points for a deeper stack
- Familiarity with digital design principles and best practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously
