Client Relationship Coordinator


drives client outreach strategies, maintains client relationship manager (CRM) database, and assists in client meetings. The Client Relationship Coordinator also works in a fast-paced team environment, has excellent people skills, and is comfortable communicating with new or existing clients via phone, email, or in person.  If interested in joining our talented Strategic Communications team, please apply directly!

What you will do:


  • Drive accountant maintenance and growth by maintaining and updating a spreadsheet tracking all MSA (Master Service Agreement) details. 
  • Drives client outreach strategies in partnership with leaders. 
  • Manages and maintains client activity records within our CRM and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy. 
  • Responsible for managing the corporate events calendar and associated activities including registrations, exhibiting requirements, and pre- and post-event data collection. 
  • Acts as initial point of contact for prospective clients. 
  • Conducts client research. 
  • Coordinating client meetings, appointments, and conferences.  
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.  
  • Maintaining and managing client registration. 
  • Supports executives with client activity recording 
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.  
  • Providing effect administrative support.  
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What we are looking for:


  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.  
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Strong networking skills.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  

Your background:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.  
  • 0-2 years of professional administrative, account management, project management, sales or similar client-facing role.

$55,000 - $75,000 a yearThe actual base pay depends upon many factors, such as education, experience, and skills.
