Job Functions1. Provide subject matter expertise and management of HealthJoy’s Salesforce platform in order to drive key business initiatives2. Daily administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles and roles, Salesforce Flows, custom fields, validation rules, Lightning record pages, page layouts, permission sets, and managing queues and groups3. Develop reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and other departments4. Manage operational requests such as updating data fields, user analysis and troubleshooting.5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve services, automate tasks, increase availability, and wow our internal customers
Job Requirements1. 5+ years of handson Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or software environment2. Exceptional ability to understand business processes and build scalable solutions within Salesforce3. Experience with data imports, reports and dashboards, validation rules, custom configurations, and Salesforce Flows (Scheduled, Triggered, etc.)4. Knowledge of Apex/Triggers is a plus5. Selfdriven and able to effectively manage projects through to completion6. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and everchanging deadlines

- Daily administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles and roles, Salesforce Flows, custom fields, validation rules, Lightning record pages, page layouts, permission sets, and managing queues and groups
- Develop reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and other departments
- Manage operational requests such as updating data fields, user analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve services, automate tasks, increase availability, and wow our internal customers
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new users
Your experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a SaaS or software environment.
- Exceptional ability to understand business processes and build scalable solutions within Salesforce.
- Experience with data imports, reports and dashboards, validation rules, custom configurations, and Salesforce Flows (Scheduled, Triggered, etc.); knowledge of Apex/Triggers is a plus.
- Self driven and able to effectively manage projects through to completion
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills required for collaboration with global teams
- Must be available to work US hours (flexible on East, Central, Mountain or West time zones within the US)
- Preferred: Experience with Sales-adjacent tech stacks such as Gainsight, CPQ, Outreach, Maxio, Zoominfo, & Hubspot.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Startup experience is a plus!
