You will own core functions of our marketplace, with an eye towards working yourself out of the day-to-day via a continuous improvement process and ambitious automation projects. We are seeking someone eager to embrace ownership and experiment with new solutions, ready to tackle challenges head-on and play a crucial role in scaling a social impact startup to its Series A and beyond.
What you’ll do:
- Own the customer support function manually to understand in detail the components and workflows
- Prioritize fulfillment of day-to-day marketplace requests and operational tasks
- Develop a plan to streamline and automate core support chat and marketplace processes
- Execute, project manage, and report out on bringing key automation plans to life
- Partner with the product development team to communicate discrete customer experience opportunities
- Measure, analyze, and report on data-driven insights from customer responses, fulfillment analytics, and marketplace performance

Bonus points if:
- You have built something with no-code or AI tools
- You have experience with data analysis (SQL, Python, or Advanced Excel)
- You have worked at a two-sided marketplace or network
- You are proficient with Hubspot (preferable) or similar marketing automation software
- You have a science-related degree or industry experience in R&D
