Why We Need you!
As the Director of Reporting and Analytics at Ivanti, you will play a critical role in leading and scaling our Reporting and Analytics function. You’ll work closely with your team, leadership, business leads, and the data engineering team to create and maintain impactful reports and dashboards. Your work will ensure that actionable insights are easily accessible across the organization, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead a global team of Power BI Developers to build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across Ivanti’s entire business (Marketing, Channel, Sales, Renewals, Finance, Product)
- Own and maintain the Metrics/KPI Dictionary and Reporting Directory
- Analyze KPI performance, track progress against targets, and monitor trends
- Conduct ongoing QA of data infrastructure and ensure data quality
- Translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps and reporting deliverables that align with broader diagnostic frameworks
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
- 7+ years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of scaling teams and supporting Reporting/Analytics functions
- Experience in global SaaS high-growth environments and familiarity with relevant SaaS KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and 5+ years of hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo)
- Strong ability to extract, transform, and visualize large datasets into clear, actionable insights
- Hands-on SQL experience. Python skills are a plus
