The Opportunity
GrowthLoop is pioneering a new category of AI on the data cloud, transforming how marketing campaigns deliver measurable impact in ways enterprise CMO’s have never seen before. We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Director of Enterprise Demand Generation to join our GTM team and play a critical leadership role in bringing GrowthLoop’s new category to life in 2025.Building on our momentum with industry-leading customers like Google, Priceline, and Indeed, you’ll be on the front lines of the Agentic AI movement for marketing teams.
You’ll use your expertise to drive innovative demand gen programs that not only inspire our customers and accelerate our growth, but also positions GrowthLoop as a thought leader in this transformative space. This role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution to deliver meaningful results at every level —from crafting full-funnel demand generation plans to executing personalized 1:1 ABM experiences that resonate with enterprise audiences. This role is the right fit for someone passionate about shaping the future of AI-powered marketing and excited to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced organization at the forefront of a new category.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with sales leadership and bring a sense of urgency to meet all pipeline targets and bookings goals.
- Design and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy that helps us sell with and through our cloud partners.
- Build and run ABM programs that drive marketing engagement in named enterprise accounts, and deliver highly personalized, scalable experiences that foster authentic connections with our target prospects.
- Work alongside our event and partner marketers to meet all pipeline targets.
- Measure and analyze performance constantly, flexing a data-driven approach to developing and adapting content and campaigns.
- Be consistently "AI Curious" by staying on the cutting edge of emerging AI technologies and their applications in demand generation.
- Design, implement, and analyze experiments that use AI to modernize and optimize demand generation programs. Share key insights and learnings from AI-driven experiments internally, to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What We Look For
- 10+ years of progressive enterprise demand generation experience, with the majority of your career focused on driving pipeline in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong background leading demand generation within partnership-heavy GTM motions.
- Doesn’t shy away from getting hands-on in developing and executing highly targeted enterprise ABM strategies, from conception to implementation.
- A sharp writer with the ability to craft engaging copy (email, paid ads, landing pages, etc.) and brings a deep understanding of how compelling content and messaging drives action through the buyer’s journey.
- Demonstrated curiosity and early adoption of AI capabilities and tools, with a focus on driving innovation and improving marketing outcomes.
- Analytical mindset, skilled in tracking, measuring, and optimizing camping performance with clear ROI insights.
- Experience collaborating with event and field teams to drive pipeline growth and accelerate lead conversion.
- Excellent martech expertise with deep proficiency in modern technology stacks (we use Salesforce, HubSpot, and Cognism), and a strong understanding of marketing operations to build and drive multi-channel campaigns at scale.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter who can think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
The estimated salary range is $180,000-200,000 OTE. The total compensation will also include equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, such as the individual’s performance, experience, and qualifications.
