Location: 4400 Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262Under the general direction of the Chief Pilot, the flight attendants are responsible for providing safety and comfort to passengers during the flight. Some key responsibilities include verification of cabin emergency equipment, demonstration of aircraft safety features, passenger ID verification, catering coordination, and ensuring passengers a positive in-flight experience. 

Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities:


  • Represent Hendrick Motorsports in a safe, compliant, responsible, competent, professional and conservative manner that fosters respect of our company, its principals, employees and sponsors;
  • Maintain a personal appearance that reflects positively upon both individual and the company;
  • Comply with established, policies, procedures, guidelines, practices and regulatory requirements;
  • Maintain all manuals to the current revision;
  • Comply with instructions of the Pilot-In-Command. Seek assistance and guidance when appropriate;
  • Manage passenger manifest accountability;
  • Bring to the attention of the pilot-in-command or airport authority suspected security risks;
  • Manage passenger enplaning and deplaning
  • Maintain proficiency in the operation and management of cabin safety equipment;
  • Operate cabin equipment in accordance with published procedures and limitations;
  • Provide exemplary cabin passenger service;
  • Manage provision of catering when appropriate;
  • Maintain provision of aircraft commissary and service supplies;
  • Bring to the attention of the pilot-in-command all operational concerns;
  • Communicate and achieve passenger compliance with crew instructions;
  • Direct passengers to safety in event of cabin evacuation.

Knowledge, skills, and experience:


  • 2 plus years of experience
  • CPR/ First Aid certification
  • Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to read and interpret service and emergency instructions and communicate to passengers and crew members. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Exhibit a demeanor that is respectful of others, averse to confrontation, and obtains the desired results.

  • Customer Oriented - Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.

  • Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. 
  • Communication, Oral - Ability to collaborate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and managers all having varying degrees of education and background. 
  • Accuracy - Perform work accurately and thoroughly.
