About The Role


Cardlytics is seeking an organized, strategic, growth-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our Chief Executive Officer acting as a trusted partner to accelerate executive team operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a role in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with leaders across the organization and solving problems that directly impact the business.

Location:

Remote (West Coast time zone preferred) - Regular travel required

You Will



  • Serve as the CEO’s executive assistant and primary point-of-contact for the organization: Manage calendars, communications, presentations, meetings and events, travel, enabling the CEO and other leaders to work with urgency and focus.

  • Coordinate and manage board-related activities: Prepare board meeting materials, organize board meetings and committees, maintain board communications, and ensure timely distribution of materials to board members.

  • Streamline productivity and drive operational excellence at the executive level: Use data to identify opportunities for optimization and provide innovative strategic recommendations, and leverage processes and frameworks that drive efficient decision-making, growth, and accountability.

  • Serve as a key interface between leaders: Develop strong relationships across the organization, solicit input, be a trusted strategic advisor, foster respect and transparency, and drive effective communications, empowering teams to grow and move in a unified direction.

  • Lead projects and champion change management initiatives: Identify, scope, pitch, plan, coordinate, and report on cross-functional projects that support acceleration of our progress against critical business goals.

You Have



  • Experience in similar roles at fast-paced, product-led tech companies.

  • Experience supporting board operations and governance, including preparation of board materials, coordination of board meetings, and maintenance of board documentation and communications.

  • Experience in coordination, project management, and program management, especially organizing and directing multiple cross-functional teams at once.

  • Experience in business management, operations, and consulting roles, especially those focused on executive-level advising, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Experience guiding performance measurement methodologies, pulling insights from data, and presenting data-driven strategic recommendations.

  • Strong business acumen. Experience in advertising technology and/or financial institutions is a major plus.

  • A proven track record of successfully managing high-volume workloads with urgency and focus.

  • Ability and willingness to travel to support executive meetings, board meetings, and company events.

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, influence across all levels of an organization, align multiple stakeholders, build credibility, and serve as a consultative thought partner.
