Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for financial strategy and client service? At ATLAS CPAs & Advisors, we’re searching for an Accounting Manager to join our team and help deliver top-tier financial solutions. Reporting directly to a Partner, you’ll play a key role in managing financial activities for clients while overseeing a talented accounting team.In this role, you’ll guide the development and execution of strategic financial objectives, ensuring effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP.

Your expertise will be vital in managing month-end accounting, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and delivering impactful reporting. As an Accounting Manager, you’ll also work closely with leadership and clients to provide tailored business solutions, enhancing performance and identifying growth opportunities.Your ability to manage a team will shine as you train and mentor seniors and associates, fostering professional growth. You’ll maintain client relationships with a commitment to excellence, understanding their needs, and offering a full range of business solutions. Mastery of QuickBooks, GAAP, and tax basis accounting (cash and accrual) is essential, along with strong project management and communication skills.We value detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational skills. WORKING CONDITIONS:


Must be able to operate a variety of machines and equipment including computer, office equipment, telephone, etc. Tasks may require extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation. Required to occasionally lift, hold, or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
