POSITION OVERVIEWThe Parts Warehouse Manager is charged with achieving assuring proper control of the parts inventory and related administrative functions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES•             Manages stock and postings of incoming orders.•             Makes sure every part has a valid bin location.•             Notifies appropriate parties when special order parts arrive.•             Serves as back-up for parts manager for inventory functions.•             Updates electronic parts files.•             Provides necessary information to the warranty department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties.•             Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock.•             Ensures that credits are received for returned parts.•             Returns parts as needed and removes from inventory after credit is received.•             Returns cores in a timely manner and follows up for receipt of credit.•             Matches purchase orders and invoices, approvals, and forwards to the accounting department.•             Preform daily cycle counts to count the entire inventory annually.•             Assists in parts returns.•             Manages the Dispatch Manager and delivery drivers.•             Manages the parts pullers, transfers, shipping, and receiving.Responsible for the training and development of all direct reports.KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSThe knowledge requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Knowledge Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience working in a corporate environmentStrong customer service orientation Strong team orientationGood attention to detail Must be able to successfully pass a background check and a pre-hire drug and alcohol test.M/F/V/H 50000.00 To 100000.00 (USD) Annually
