The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the company's financial resources, optimizing cash flow, mitigating risks, and supporting Fabric’s strategic growth initiatives.
This role is fully remote.What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership
- Lead and evolve the annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Take ownership of forecast model and lead all ad-hoc scenario analysis and financial modeling as needed by the business
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights
- Provide business partner support and collaborate with key business leaders to ensure alignment, drive growth, and optimize performance
- Assist in identifying, defining, and evolving key business processes to support scaling the business
- Own development of materials for management reviews, reporting, and board meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams, ideally in a start-up or high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a SaaS business
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and significant experience with QuickBooks
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
