This is a contractor position that bills hourly:-We are a remote-friendly company-This is a contract position with a majority of your day spent processing healthcare contracts and follow-up for required contacting and credentialing documents and data elements
Mission:
The mission of the Project Operations Specialist is to perform detailed contract processing tasks, including product research, document processing, contract management, and telephonic outreach. The Project Operations Specialist interacts with healthcare providers to verify information, obtain incremental data, identifies and corrects errors by daily review of database reports
Outcomes:
Contract Processing- Log, scrub and enter information into Compass systemReconcile contracts and supporting documents to databasePerform Follow-up outreach to obtain missing contract or credentialing informationResearch provider/facility information utilizing websites and contacting offices to confirm informationExecute reconciliation of hospital provider listsSuccessfully meet productivity targets as defined by Operations ManagerPerform other miscellaneous assignments as needed per project- research, locate potential gap fill providers, etc.Role-Specific Competencies:
Attention to detail - Does not let important details slip through the cracks.Efficiency - Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of healthcare operations processing Proficient with tools such microsoft 365, google suite, and adobeAttention to detail
Hourly Rate: $20
