POSITION PURPOSE:


We are seeking a skilled and motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic team as our relationship superhero! As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the overall success of our strategic accounts. Your expertise in understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and fostering collaboration will contribute to both client satisfaction and the company's bottom line.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Effectively close new business with Ntirety’s key customers
  • Manage accounts as your own business and be compensated for your success in driving the organization’s growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated strategic accounts, proactively establishing and maintaining professional and productive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points and effectively position our products/services as valuable solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clearly defined steps to achieve mutual goals, including revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and achieve sales and performance objectives.
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers and partners about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to Ntirety‘s solutions
  • Provide consultative guidance to clients, acting as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their experience and achieve their short-term objectives and long-term goals.
  • Research customers to identify the right customer stakeholders to sell to and the right products to sell to them based on their business strategy
  • Coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for Ntirety’s solutions within their organization while effectively navigating customer organizations to grow our relationships and influence
  • Retain and grow your customers’ contracted revenue in alignment with their changing business and technology needs
  • Manage and coordinate all aspect of the sales cycle (strategy, business and technical), and collaboratively strategize to solve deal-level challenges
  • Align all internal Ntirety resources in full engagement, to close sales and improve customer services adoption, including sales engineering, marketing, finance and executives
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review progress, identify areas for improvement, and align on future strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape, applying insights to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Act as an advocate for the client within the company, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are prioritized.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management, B2B sales, or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing strategic client relationships. 
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting and speaking to senior level executives.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of complex managed services in businesses.  
  • Ability to generate and position complex sales opportunities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts and accounts.
  • Outside the box thinker with proven experience developing creative solutions to clients challenges.
  • Leadership skills with empathy – client success is paramount, dropping everything to help quickly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' industries and challenges.
  • Must have a successful track record in meeting account growth quota objectives.   
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.   
  • Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.  
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decisions.
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Account Management preferred.
