We’re now seeking a savvy account coordinator to join the collaborative marketing team in our Washington, DC office. As an agency, we value both human interaction and flexibility - our current hybrid work model requires 2 days per week in the office. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with seasoned account and creative teams, as well as specialists, to execute results-driven marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned clients' industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plans
- Continually seek ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
- Perform a variety of duties to support the execution of campaigns which may include coordinating ad submissions and barter fulfillments, managing client’s social media communities, maintaining up-to-date website content, coordinating email deployment and conducting primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative research
- Participate in kick-off meetings and creative concept development
- Monitor and report overall campaign performance (external) to ensure client goals are achieved
- Create and submit invoices and PO
- Open new projects and close completed projects in project management software
- Support the implementation of campaign tactics and timeline
- Proofread internal and client proofs
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency, association, or related B2B marketing position
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, psychology or general business) preferred
- Superior language and grammar skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- A great attitude, a willingness to learn and master new skills, and a commitment to excellence
