What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the security analysts team, improve processes and build the training program
- Learn, maintain and improve our fraud detection capabilities
- Be an escalation point for investigations of customers and suggest optimization activities to improve their performance
- Identify, analyze and visualize data trends and translate them into actionable business insights
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices and strategies
- Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs
- Develop a strong working relationship with AMs across the company
- Work closely with Product and Research teams to support decision making as part of new features rollout
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working as a security analyst in the Fraud/Identity realm
- 2+ years of experience leading a customer facing analysts team
- Great communication skills, with proven ability to lead and interact effectively with multiple teams/stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English, required to communicate daily with international teams
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL, Python are a must.
- Fast learning capabilities and proven ability to multitask – working on several projects at a time
- Proven track record in using data tools and trends to identify opportunities and create clear actions to improve performance, problem-solving approach
- BA/BS in Statistics / Operations Research / Industrial Engineering / Math / Economics or other quantitative fields preferred
