Full-timeDescriptionAs part of the web team, the Client Website Specialist will be responsible for the seamless and successful project management of new client website builds.A successful candidate will demonstrate for following:
- Creating the client website's architecture, building new features, and customizing layouts and our event plugin
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
- Provide technical support and education to the team and clients as needed
- Creating the website's front-end, and implementing new designs and plugins
- Analyzing website performance, troubleshooting errors, and addressing technical issues
- Ensuring the site's responsiveness and compatibility across devices, and performing routine maintenance
- Optimizing website performance and implementing security measures
- Keeping up with WordPress trends and best practices
- Translating client requirements into technical specifications
- Able to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Organize tasks, deliverables and meet commitments on time
- Willingness to learn new skills to help achieve the overall team goals
- Complete projects in a timely manner
- Able to perform other tasks and assignments as needed / instructed
- Emergency work may be required after hours and/or on weekends, but is not a regular expectation
Skills/Experience Required
One to three years experience in website development is a must. Experience in entertainment, arts, or ticketing experience is a plus.Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Wordpress / Elementor
- Proficiency in programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite of products
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS and its ecosystem
- Understanding of WordPress themes and plugins
- Experience with front- and back-end development
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles
- Experience with MySQL or other database systems
- Problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Knowledge of web security best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and project management capabilities
- Creativity in design and user experience optimization
- Able to perform other tasks and assignments as needed / instructed
- Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
