About the role


We are looking for a Sr. Product Analyst who loves iterative testing, the exciting possibilities of marketplace businesses, and a passion for getting people outdoors. The role focuses on making our Hosts more successful in providing great experiences to our campers. They will join our Analytics team and report to our Head of Product, and be deeply embedded in our multi-functional product, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to identify, onboard, and advise our Hosts. Our ideal candidate is passionate about uncovering insights through data analyses, and seeing those analyses lead to improvement.

What you'll do


  • Proactively identify strategic analyses and then execute them to help us build and enhance our Host community
  • Continuously monitor our Host acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics to identify patterns and make recommendations
  • Identify new growth opportunities
  • Recommend test sequences, setups, and analyses then execute them
  • Enable and educate teammates to pull their own data 
  • Support in creation of well-structured, organized, and easily accessible data through partnership with Data Engineering
  • Define success metrics, analyze performance, experiment, and iterate quickly

Qualifications


  • 5+ years in Product, Marketing, or Growth analytics 
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
  • Proficiency with rapid hypothesis-driven experimentation and analysis
  • Experience with exploratory analyses, storytelling, and influencing team via insights
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Comfort working in fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
  • Comfort collaborating with a distributed team
  • Passion for our mission

Compensation will be a mix of salary and stock options. It will be highly competitive compared to similar-stage companies and based on location.Health is essential to happiness.
