ROLE:
At Enchanted Fairies, we pride ourselves on creating magical experiences for our clients, blending high-end luxury with top-tier customer service. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Recruiter to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in bringing exceptional talent into our company for various roles, including luxury sales consultants, state-of-the-art customer service representatives, and magical photographers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all company positions, including: luxury sales consultants, customer service representatives, and photographers.
- Source and attract top talent using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry connections.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring that we are consistently prepared to meet hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process, from first contact to offer negotiation.
- Consistently meet recruitment goals and maintain standard reporting metrics for all recruiting activities.
- Adapt to changes in business needs, roles, and priorities without frustration, maintaining a positive, flexible approach at all times.
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring for top priority roles.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of specialized roles with an eye for talent and a passion for delivering results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Experience maintaining recruitment reporting metrics and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-centric mindset, with a focus on providing a high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.
