We’re now seeking a savvy account manager to join our collaborative marketing team in our Washington, DC office. As an agency, we value both human interaction and flexibility - our current hybrid work model requires 2 days per week in the office. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with seasoned account and creative teams as well as specialists to execute results-driven marketing campaigns
- Manage projects from client kick-off through internal review to client delivery
- Utilize agency project management software to open, schedule, track and close projects as well as generate purchase orders
- Write project briefs and lead project kick-off meetings as well as participate in creative concept development
- Review all internal client proofs to ensure brand and messaging consistency throughout campaign deliverables and evaluate copy and design to ensure they’re strategically on track
- Help facilitate the on-time delivery of agency work by keeping production schedules up-to-date and assisting with job trafficking
- Monitor and report overall campaign performance to help identify if course corrections should be made and ensure client goals are achieved
- Perform a variety of duties which might include coordinating ad submissions and barter fulfillments, managing client’s social media communities, maintaining up-to-date website content, coordinating email deployment, conducting qualitative and quantitative research and much more
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Agency, B2B event and/or association experience a plus
