About the Team
The Record Management team leads the experience for viewing and creating sales records (people, accounts, opportunities, etc.) which are the most heavily interacted pages within Outreach. The team’s primary mission is to help reps browse a wealth of data as well as help the customer to extend outreach data model according to their needs.
The Role
We are expanding an existing team and we are looking for additional experienced back-end software engineers to join us, who can deep-dive on challenging technical problems, build scalable solutions and identify performance bottlenecks, iterate quickly and deliver incremental value and thrive in a collaborative team environment.This is a full-time, permanent role, not eligible for contractors and for work from other countries.
Location
While we are remote-friendly, we remain an "office-centric" company. The workplace is based in Prague, Czechia.#LI-RG1
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Work in environment that requires highly scalable components
- Building backend applications in a modern web stack. We primarily use Golang on the back-end. However, we have as well Ruby on Rails apps. We are taking advantage of various services that help with durability, resiliency, and persistence such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, S3
- Using cutting edge services and tools for orchestration, automation, and diagnostics such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Honeycomb for tracing and Datadog for metrics and structured log processing
- Responding to changing requirements efficiently and responsibly
- Helping us build customer trust by keeping the quality bar high and delivering well tested code

Our Vision of You
- Solid experience with building distributed systems with a cloud service-oriented architecture
- Experience building and consuming web-based APIs
- Familiar with continuous deployment environments
- Knowledge of Go or Ruby is a plus, but not required
- Great communications skills
