Marketing Operations Manager

Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our national marketing team. This role is crucial in optimizing marketing performance, managing lead flow processes, and ensuring seamless project management across our brands.

Responsibilities:


Project/Asset Management


  • Lead and oversee all marketing project management processes and workflows using Wrike, ensuring timely and efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage the digital asset platform and process through Media Valet, maintaining an organized, accessible, and up-to-date digital asset library including photos, videos and graphics to support marketing efforts.
  • Manage and update the brand assets site on Media Valet
  • Launch and update the new video assets manager on Media Valet

Campaign & Attribution Tracking


  • Oversee the management of campaign tracking and attribution, integrating with lead generation platforms and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Includes creation and management of campaign and media channel source codes and UTMs for accurate reporting.

Performance & Lead Generation Marketing Optimization


  • Continuously monitor lead pacing and enrollment conversion performance metrics for areas of optimization, ROI and ensure targets are met.
  • Responsible for all lead nurturing email and text automated campaigns (includes current inquiries and enrollments as well as drops and cancel re-entry campaigns)
  • Responsible to set up and deploy all email marketing campaigns for prospects, nurturing, cancels, drops etc.

Website Management


  • Implement and manage conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates on school websites.
  • Lead UI/UX improvement initiatives, ensuring an optimal and seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints to boost inquiry completion rates, time spent on site, and decrease abandonment rates.
  • Collaborate with content and SEO teams to optimize website content, relevant links and backlinks, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track website performance (including paid and organic website traffic, site load speed, site content authority and trust ratings, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Responsible to prioritize, relevant A/B testing on a monthly basis and ensure that actionable insights are delivered upon to update and continually optimize the websites.

Qualifications:


Education


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing operations, website development, or Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience


  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong preference for experience in higher education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing projects, digital assets, and lead generation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Wrike, Media Valet, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Technical Skills


  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms including Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, UI/UX, and website management best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of lead tracking and attribution modeling.

Soft Skills


  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Industry Knowledge


  • Understanding of the higher education landscape, including marketing challenges and trends within the sector.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
