Job Description:


The Revenue Operations Manager is a key subject matter expert on revenue cycle optimization, playing a strategic role in enhancing business processes and leveraging technology to drive revenue growth. This position involves analyzing sales data, future projections and growth strategies, developing revenue KPIs and tracking, and producing month-end financial reporting. The position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Sales Team to achieve organization critical reporting and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and Track Performance Metrics: Continuously monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to provide development and customization to SalesForce and Hubspot. SalesForce Admin Certification is a major plus for candidates but not prerequisite.
  • Maintain key revenue pipeline reporting metrics, schedules and KPIs.
  • Responsible for full cycle revenue reporting; pipeline through implementation, and monthly results.
  • Maintain monthly Financial Reporting model.
  • Develop Actionable Insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommend revenue-optimizing strategies.
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Compliance within HubSpot, regularly audit systems to maintain data accuracy and ensure seamless implementation of revenue strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
  • Draft ad hoc reports and PPT slide decks for Board meetings and other key executive presentations.

Qualifications:


  • Data Analytics and Visualization Tools: Experience with Qlik, Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: Strong skills in Excel; experience with PowerPoint and Word is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot.
  • Independent and Team Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working autonomously or within cross-functional teams.
  • Quantitative and Analytical Mindset: Strong comfort with numbers and quantitative analysis, with the ability to understand cause-effect relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 3+ years in similar RevOps role.
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Revenue Operations Role
  • Proven experience being a Salesforce Administrator.
  • NetSuite experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrable capability to analyze and collect data without clear direction, including cross-reference data validation with critical attention to detail.
  • Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management review.
  • Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
