We’re looking for an IT Operations Manager to execute on and fulfill the needs of our offices in the region. You will understand, track, procure, set up, inventory, maintain, and fix all manners of hardware assets as well as implement some software configurations for various devices so our people can be best equipped to focus on delivering DevRev’s mission.This position requires a combination of technical proficiency, execution skills, communication skills, ingenuity, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to triage problems well. Ideally, you are a person who loves fixing problems while also thinking at scale and always embraces the best solution–even when it’s not your own.
Responsibilities
- Understand a wide range of hardware devices and apply the appropriate solution to requests from personnel.
- Set up and troubleshoot various hardware, including but not limited to: laptops, mobile devices, sensors, office printers, networking devices (such as switches, gateways, and access points), monitors, conference room displays, door locking mechanisms, and mini-PCs.
- Facilitate procurement of hardware and meticulously inventory assets with an attention to detail.
- Management of internal events such as all hands, customer sessions(AV setup)
- 3 days onsite at our office located at WeWork: Blas Parera 3551, B1636 Olivos, Provincia de Buenos Aires

- Hands-on-keyboard knowledge of all major operating systems (Linux, MacOS, Windows). That is, you should be comfortable with operating around bash shells and PowerShells alike, as well as how to handle the setup and scale-out of devices.
- Working knowledge of cloud software business/corporate systems (IdP systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).
- Knowledge of display resolutions, refresh rates, docking station compatibilities, and the quality tradeoffs of various monitor choices.
- Private networking, LAN/WAN, and networking bandwidth concepts is a bonus.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a bonus.
