Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand and implement authentication/authorization concepts including PAT, API tokens, SAML, DAC, MAC, RBAC, and ABAC.
  • Utilize logging, tracing, and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain public HTTP APIs, handling rate limiting, paging, and HTTP errors.
  • Develop backend services and APIs using Golang.
  • Build and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Triage bugs and feature requests, maintaining constant communication with customers.
  • Analyze trends, test, and train the DevRev bot regularly.
  • Educate and empower DevRev users, acting as a technical expert.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, being the customer champion.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer requirements.
  • Write customizations using ReactJS (MERN), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL, and Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Bots Engineering.

Qualifications:


  • BE/B Tech or equivalent educational or professional experience.
  • Understand and implement authentication/authorization concepts including PAT, API tokens, SAML, DAC, MAC, RBAC, and ABAC.
  • Utilize logging, tracing, and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Comfortable having technical conversations with both technical and non-technical people.
  • Strong problem-solving skills around technical, product, and business questions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with authentication/authorization concepts.
  • Familiarity with logging, tracing, and monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of public HTTP APIs and their development.
  • Flexibility to work in morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
