About the Role:


The Inbound Sales Development Representative at Clevertap is responsible for engaging and qualifying inbound leads interested in the company's SaaS platform. This role involves guiding potential customers through the initial stages of the sales process, understanding their needs, and facilitating their transition to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead Qualification:


Promptly respond to inbound leads via email, chat, or phone calls. Assess their requirements, challenges, and readiness to engage with the sales process

* Consultative Engagement:


Engage in consultative conversations to comprehend leads' pain points and goals. Educate them about Clevertap's features and benefits to determine alignment with their needs

* Lead Nurturing:


Guide leads through the initial stages of the buying process by providing relevant information, resources, and product demonstrations. Maintain regular communication to keep leads engaged

Collaboration with Sales Team:


Work closely with account executives or sales managers to seamlessly transition qualified leads. Provide comprehensive insights gathered during initial interactions

Documentation and Follow-Up:


Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions in Clevertap's CRM system (Salesforce.com). Consistently follow up to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team

Continuous Improvement:


Analyze inbound lead trends, identify areas for process enhancement, and propose strategies to boost conversion rates.Requirements:

Languages:


Fluent English and Spanish

Experience:


Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or customer support within the SaaS or technology industry

Communication Skills:


Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with inbound leads and articulate Clevertap's value proposition

Product Knowledge:


Solid understanding of Clevertap's SaaS platform and the ability to convey its features, benefits, and unique selling points

Empathy and Patience:


Ability to understand leads' needs, exhibit empathy, and patiently guide them through the sales process

Organizational Skills:


Capability to manage multiple leads simultaneously and maintain accurate CRM records

Team Collaboration:


Willingness to collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
