About the Opportunity:


As the Cloud Partner Sales Manager for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for driving the business development strategy with our strategic cloud partners, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security initiatives. You will also oversee partner engagement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as key secondary partners. This role is central to driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, aligning sales plays, and developing executive-level relationships with Tier One CSPs, with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Security being the core focus.

What you will accomplish:


Your responsibilities will include driving both "sell-with" and "partner-sourced" revenue goals, focusing on business development and joint planning processes with Microsoft’s Security Global Blackbelts, Security Technical Specialists, and Azure Sales Teams. You will also ensure alignment with AWS and GCP as they enter into co-sell agreements and work closely with regional sales, channel, and GSI managers to drive top-line revenue growth and adoption of Cribl’s security and observability solutions across the global 2K market segment.

What you will bring:


  • Proven experience working with major Cloud Service Providers, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security, including Microsoft Defender, Azure Sentinel, and related security technologies.
  • In-depth experience working with Microsoft Security Global Blackbelts, Security Technical Specialists, and Azure sales teams to drive co-sell and partner success.
  • Solid experience in joint business development planning, revenue forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that drive partner-sourced revenue and customer adoption.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders across Microsoft, AWS, GCP, and Cribl.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a partnership-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions and business value.
  • Experience in the security and observability market, with an understanding of how these solutions integrate with cloud platforms.
