About the Role


Dialpad is looking for a RegionalMarketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role will focus on supporting the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and accelerate sales pipeline. This includes assisting with in-person and online events, digital campaigns, and Dialpad sponsorships at industry events.  This is a collaborative role, working closely with the sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives at juggling multiple projects.

Event coordination, project management skills, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.  

What you'll do


  • Support the execution of regional marketing plans to help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with existing customers.  
  • Assist with planning and coordination of regional events, including logistics, internal communications, event promotion, and day-of execution.  
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and successful launch of Dialpad's city tour and user conference, fostering engagement and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing) to ensure campaigns align with business goals.  
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to track and measure the success of campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.  
  • Research and recommend opportunities for Dialpad to participate in or sponsor industry events.  
  • Help develop messaging and content for campaigns by collaborating with the Product Marketing and Content teams.  
  • Act as the point of contact for event logistics and onsite representation when attending events.  

Skills you'll bring


  • 1-3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in regional marketing or demand generation.  
  • Basic understanding of B2B marketing funnels and tactics.  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.  
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.  
  • Experience with event planning or project management is a plus.
