What does a Regulatory Solutions analyst for KYC Ops do…
Have the responsibility to execute and follow the regulatory operational routines related to the process of getting to know your client, with special attention to specific routines in Mexico:Ex.:Matching the analysis of PEP, related PEP, PEP MX and PEP International (criteria analysis, investigation of negative media, issuing an opinion on the case, interaction with AML Ops Mexico, FinSec Ops or any other team necessary for the necessary evaluation of the prospect or client;Ex.:Matching the analysis to identified in additional lists such as Lista de Personas Bloqueadas, Interpol and SAT 69;Ex.:Matching the analysis related to OFAC and UN (investigation and technical opinion);Have the responsibility to execute and follow the regulatory operational routines related to FATCA/CRS;Have the responsibility of working with great synergy with the entire teamEx.:Giving special support to the leader on opportunities, improvements, or risks identified in the operation of Screeners activities, especially for aspects related to Mexico.Have the responsibility to follow up the assistance to Slack channels regarding specific questions about Screenings and/or KYC / Registration routines.Ex.: Working quite independently, understanding that you have the autonomy to manage your routines, but that at the same time, you can count on the entire Squad structure and its managers to assist you whenever necessary.Have the responsibility to be curious and attentive to details and balance demands and priorities in a very positive way.Have the responsibility of knowing the specific KYC / Regulations in Mexico Ex.:Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal controls and processes as well as the responsibility to apply them in your routine.Have the responsibility of participating in the execution of projects and initiatives that involve relevant impacts in the Squad.

*Interviewing and onboarding are currently done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team and our current staff will remain working from home until it is safe to return to our offices. When it’s time, we will require a fixed cadence of visiting the office in which employees go to their Business Unit's (BU) base location. Employees will have an employment contract based on the cities that Nu’s offices are located, considering their country of hire. More details can be shared during your hiring process.
