Required experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience in Finance, People, or Product operations, ideally at tech companies
- Intellectually curious, strong leadership drive, top-down communication, data-driven, analytical
- Success in work environments with high professional standards, such as top-tier strategy consulting
- Track record of evaluating, setting up, migrating and optimising tools, systems and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
- Advanced degree in a domain such as Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, CS, or Finance
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects and support the current team across People, Finance, or Product operations
- Build and optimise internal tools and systems to support company growth
- Drive operational excellence through metrics tracking and continuous process improvement
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact productivity
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners
