What we’re looking for..


The Manager of Inside Sales is responsible for leading and supporting a team of inside sales representatives to achieve revenue goals and maintain high productivity levels. This hands-on role involves coaching team members through call reviews, ensuring adherence to sales best practices, and stepping in to make sales calls when necessary. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team success while staying connected to the sales process.

Responsibilities


  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team while monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Monitor daily team activities and ensure adherence to established sales processes and scripts.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot challenges with specific leads or tools.
  • Use data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth
  • Make sales calls to model best practices for team members and contribute to team revenue goals.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns, delivering timely and effective solutions.

  • Qualifications


  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • 3+ years of previous leadership or team management experience is required.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience in the home technology industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

    • $65,000 - $75,000 annually plus quarterly bonus up to 50%, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
