Job Description
Developing and managing Test Object Lists (TOL) to support platform testing requirements.Executing functional and performance tests using Spirent Landslide and other tools.Performing test case execution for new features, bug fixes, and releases.Reproducing and troubleshooting production issues in a lab environment.Capturing and analyzing network logs (e.g., Wireshark traces) to identify and resolve issues.Troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks or performance complications across systems.Assisting in the development of Methods of Procedure (MOP) for system upgrades, configuration changes, and platform modifications.Reviewing vendor-provided MOPs for compliance and accuracy.Maintaining Engineering Design Plan (EDP) and Lab Engineering Plan (LEP) documentation.Managing and maintaining lab instances, ensuring their health and availability.Writing and executing scripts to support testing and troubleshooting efforts.Coordinating test resources, bridges, and efforts for 5G mobile core testing.Engaging in chat-based troubleshooting for platform-related issues.Facilitating defect reproduction for issues observed in lab and production.Opening and tracking Quality Control (QC) defects, ensuring resolution in collaboration with vendors.Actively participating in scrum meetings and project discussions.Sharing weekly testing progress and updates with stakeholdersDisclaimer:This information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees in this role.
