Overview
As a Senior OutSystems Developer for Xebia NDS, you will be a part of a fast-paced global delivery team that is responsible for delivering web and mobile applications in the OutSystems low-code platform. This includes participation in all aspects of delivery, including design, development, and maintenance.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
- Writing and implementing efficient code
- Deploying software tools, processes and metrics
- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
- Training users
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analyst
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; or equivalent experience
- Java, C#, C++, or other: 1-2 years (Required)
- OutSystems experience: 2-3 years (Required)
- Web Development including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS (Preferred)
- Web Services (REST and SOAP)
- Web Security and Best Practices
- Agile methodologies
- Ability to interpret requirements and identify gaps
- Data Modeling
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Desired Skills & Experience
- DevOps or CI/CD experience is a plus
- Experience working with remote team members is a plus
- SQL (any dialect, though T-SQL or PL/SQL is a plus)
