The Recruiter Role


You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our rapidly growing team across various functions including sales, marketing, services, product and engineering teams. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and build effective recruitment strategies. From identifying candidates to sending offers, you’ll guide our recruits through the entire journey, delivering superb experience and resulting in superstar team members. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and has a passion for finding and engaging exceptional talent.

Responsibilities


  •     Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  •     Leverage creative and effective sourcing strategies (social media, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
  •     Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and team dynamics to ensure the best fit for each role.
  •     Provide an exceptional and seamless experience for all candidates from first contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive impression of Ethyca.
  •     Help enhance Ethyca's employer brand by promoting the company culture, values, and vision through interactions with candidates.
  •     Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and hiring trends to leadership.
  •     Follow industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent.
  •     Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings, to support continuous growth.

Requirements


  •     3+ years of experience as a recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced high-tech startup environment.
  •     Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with an ability to adapt to the specific needs of a growing startup.
  •     Experience with various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, and social media).
  •     A keen eye for identifying top talent and cultural fit, with experience in screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  •     Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  •     A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with high level of initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
  •     Experience recruiting for both technical and business roles 
  •     Previous experience working with startups or high-growth companies preferred
