The Opportunity


The Marketing Operations Manager will be a critical member of the team, responsible for enhancing marketing processes, managing our tech stack, and ensuring our operations align with business goals. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker who thrives on improving systems and enabling marketing teams to perform at their best.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing strategy through technology, analytics, and streamlined processes.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, deep expertise in marketing operations, and a proven track record in managing tools like Marketo.

Your Job Responsibilities


What you will be doing:


  • Manage, maintain, and optimize Marketo, Salesforce, and Bizible to support demand generation, ensuring seamless campaign execution and data accuracy.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for lead/account scoring, attribution, tracking, and reporting, driving the direction of marketing operations and contributing to company growth.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across marketing programs and technologies.
  • Maintain data hygiene and quality while ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and industry standards.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track funnel performance, leveraging Bizible for accurate attribution and measurement of marketing efforts.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, enhancing email automation capabilities and managing complex workflows within Marketo.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to align marketing operations with business goals.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to empower the marketing team.

Your Skillset


What makes you a great fit for the team:


  • Experienced: At least 5 years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in marketing operations within the SaaS industry. Advanced expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, and Bizible, with familiarity with tools like 6sense, Drift, Google Analytics, Outreach, and Asana.
  • Collaborative: Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects and foster highly collaborative relationships across teams. Thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive company culture.
  • Detail-Oriented: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple projects with a focus on efficiency and process. Your keen attention to detail ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Marketo Certified Expert is highly desirable.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to critically and strategically implement systems and processes that support long-term business goals
