As a Motion Design Advocate, you will be a key representative engaging with the global design community to inspire, educate, and empower motion designers, developers, and creatives. Your primary responsibilities include developing and presenting engaging content, hosting events for the design community, and creating resources that make motion design tools and techniques accessible and exciting. You will also actively engage with the community, respond to feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements and ensure that motion design solutions continue to meet the needs of creatives worldwide.Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Advocacy:
- Be the primary advocate and point of contact for motion designers in our global community.
- Connect and engage with designers through workshops, live sessions, and engaging content that demonstrates the power of Lottie Creator.
- Establish strategic alliances and partnerships that promote Lottie Creator and elevate brand awareness.
- Organize and participate in global motion design conferences, webinars, and meetups as a brand ambassador.
- Assist in proactive community outreach to build and strengthen relationships with our users.
- Content Creation & Education:
- Develop educational content, including video tutorials, written guides, and live demonstrations, that showcase LottieFiles’ product features and inspire creative use cases.
- Present on-screen tutorials and content with enthusiasm, making complex features accessible and exciting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, engaging, and impactful content that reflects the latest Lottie Creator updates and design trends.
- Experiment with new methods of content delivery and community engagement to ensure continued growth and interest in Lottie Creator.
- Engage with motion design communities to foster connections and organize collaborative events that promote industry knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities.
- Product Advocacy:
- Gain a deep understanding of Lottie Creator to become an expert in its capabilities and share this knowledge with the community.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to provide user insights and advocate for features that benefit the motion design community.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure Lottie Creator remains a leading tool in motion design.
- Promote and educate about the LottieFiles brand throughevents,workshops, brainstorming sessions, and community-driven initiatives to foster creativity and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in motion design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Lottie animations or similar technologies.
- Community Engagement: Proven experience engaging with design communities, either through events, content creation, or online forums.
- Presentation Skills: Comfort and experience presenting on camera and at events, with a clear and engaging communication style.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in motion design tools like Figma, Adobe After Effects, and a willingness to learn new software.
- Creativity & Innovation: A creative mindset with a passion for experimentation and pushing boundaries in motion design.
