As Malt continues to expand its presence across Europe, we aim to accelerate our growth in Germany and are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee local business development in the Healthcare segment.As our Business Unit Lead Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in driving exponential growth by developing our market presence, growing customer and freelancer portfolios, and penetrating new client accounts. Key responsibilities âš
- Define and implement innovative sales strategies to position Malt as the go-to platform for freelancers and consultants.
- Use and expand your network to meet ambitious targets, ensuring Maltâs penetration in Priority 1 accounts, and build long-term relationships.
- Lead and secure top-level meetings with C-Levels (CTO, CDO, CPO, HR) and procurement departments to negotiate global contracts.
- Build a strong network of influencers at strategic account levels by participating in industry events and creating collaboration opportunities with local players.
- Drive RFI / RFP processes to access large markets within your accounts.
- Act as the voice of the customer for DACH clients and freelancers, ensuring their needs are integrated into our offerings.
- Take charge of building and leading your Sales team as DACH activities scale, fostering growth in the German market.
About you đ§âđ
- Native-level German skills and professional fluency in English.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and hands-on mindset, with a leadership style that sets the tone and inspires others.5+ years of experience in complex sales roles, including new business development and team management.
- Proven expertise in hunting, farming, and negotiating at C-Level.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a knack for leveraging processes to achieve goals.
- Sector-specific expertise and network (Automobile, Consumer Goods, Energy, Transport, etc.) is a plus.
- Outstanding listening skills and a high degree of empathy.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international matrix organization.
- A proven ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain a positive, joyful outlookâeven in challenging circumstances (âJoy is our secret sauceâ).
