Job Summary:
We seek a skilled Finance System Analyst with a strong background in NetSuite to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand financial processes and systems, focusing on leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, accounting, and business operations.Key Responsibilities:

System Management:


  • Administer and maintain financial systems, including NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, Zoho, Maxio.
  • Ensure system configurations meet business requirements and best practices.

Process Improvement:


  • Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement enhancements to streamline operations and improve data integrity.

Data Management:


  • Oversee data integration between NetSuite, Zoho, and other systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.

User Support & Training:


  • Provide support to finance and business users, addressing system-related issues.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency in financial systems.

Compliance & Security:


  • Ensure financial systems comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain system security and control measures to protect sensitive financial data.

Project Management:


  • Lead or participate in system implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

System Maintenance & Management:


  • Aid in maintaining and managing new and existing financial systems, including Ramp, Bill.com, Zoho, Maxio, and others.
  • Ensure these systems are operating effectively and efficiently to support business needs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance system analyst role.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, including system configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Experience with data integration, reporting tools, and financial analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
