Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented project manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing. As a manager at Pulse iD, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of loyalty and rewards solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., tech, marketing, and operations) to align project goals.
- Liaise with third-party partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Risk and Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
- Resolve issues efficiently to maintain project timelines and quality.
Data and Analytics Integration
- Support the integration of Pulse iD’s analytics and reporting tools into client platforms.
- Provide insights on campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI to clients.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including charters, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Present project progress and updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years in project management, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Skills: Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of APIs, loyalty platforms, and merchant integrations is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience
- Managing loyalty programs or digital campaigns for financial institutions or telcos.
- Working on projects involving analytics dashboards, campaign management, or merchant integrations.
- Exposure to cross-border rewards programs and affiliate partnerships.
