The Role:

You Will Be
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and objectives
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the organization, leveraging low-code platforms to implement efficient and scalable solutions
- Utilizing low-code scripting platforms (Google Apps Script, Zapier, Javascript, Retool, etc.) to design, develop, and deploy applications that meet business requirements
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications and system designs, ensuring alignment with IT standards and best practices
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects
- Supporting project managers in organizing, planning, and executing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
- Developing and executing test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of requirements, processes, solutions, and user guides
- Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the solutions developed
You Must Have
- 3-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in low-code development platforms such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, Retool, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in low-code scripting and development
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
